Session on “How to Improve the Mental Happiness and Immunity Power”

The Sports Science Unit is conducting a physical wellbeing session for the new batch in the concept of ” How to improve the mental happiness and immunity power”.
The event is scheduled to be held online. We encourage our staff members to join this session which is focussing on their mental and physical wellbeing.
Please Note: You are requested to join the session without having your breakfast since the session will include physical demonstrations as well.
