  • Mrs. Rajeetha Jeisunthar is currently working as Lecturer at Department of Biosystems Technology, University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka (Founder staff member). She completed her B. Sc. Agriculture (Hons) Degree specialized in Food chemistry with 1st class achievement from Jaffna University of Sri Lanka in 2016. She deserved the Gold for Highest OGPA in Agricultural Chemistry in 2016. In addition, she obtained University awards many times for best performance in undergraduate examinations.

Research Interest

  • Physico chemical analysis of bioactive compounds
  • Formulation and evaluation of wheat free bread production.
