Biography

  • Mrs. Nivethika Ajeethan is a Lecturer at Department of Biosystems Technology, Faculty of Technology, University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka (Founder staff member of Faculty of Technology). She completed her B.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture Degree specialized in Agricultural Biology from the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 2014 and Reading Masters (M.Sc.) degree in Molecular and Applied Microbiology from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka since 2015. She obtained Late Dr & Mrs. C. Jeyaratnam memorial gold medal for achieving highest OGPA among the students specialized in Agricultural Biology in 2012. She also obtained Thillainayaki Kanagasabapathy Scholarship for best OGPA in academic year 2012. In addition, she deserved many prizes including Ratnam Reginold Dharmaratnam memorial prize for the best performance in Academic years.
